Payment  We (hawthornecrafts.com) require payment in British Pounds Sterling (£) either via Paypal.com, postal cheque or in cash.  NB Dollar and Euro amounts on this site may not be representative of the current exchange rate.  Please contact us if you have any queries.

Guarantee  All of our goblets come with an ANTI-LEAK LIFE-TIME GUARANTEE, so if leakage does occur, simply send the item(s) to us (at your expense) and we'll re-coat and then return free of charge.  NB broken or chipped goblets cannot be resealed.

Packing and Despatch  Prior to packing we will send you an image of your gift via email.  All items are thoroughly checked before despatch and securely wrapped.  We will also email you once your giftware has been posted and notify you of any tracking codes/signature requirements if relevant.

Goblet Care  Our wooden goblets have been finished with a hard plastic coating that conforms to Toys (safety) Regulations 1989: BS 5665--part 3.  To ensure optimum pleasure from your goblet please do not soak after use but wash separately  with a soft damp cloth using a mild detergent. Cold drinks only are recommended unless otherwise stated by us. Do NOT wash in a dishwasher and Do NOT microwave. Hand wash only.

General  We accept no liability (to the fullest extent of the law) for the accuracy of information contained within the website or other relating media. These errors may be typographical or technical.

Returns/Cancellation  We have tried to ensure that all the images and information given on this web site convey as true an impression of the items on offer as possible. If an item is required to be returned due to an error on our part or is defective in anyway we will offer a full refund at no cost to the customer. If an item arrives damaged as a result of the delivery please contact the delivery service immediately to report the damage, once they have been notified please contact us.  You may cancel your order by informing us in writing up to five working days after the day of delivery. Goods are to be returned at the customer's expense in an unused, resalable condition without any damage to the product or its packaging within 10 working days. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged, they must arrive in the state they left for cancellation to take effect. We will aim to refund your money (minus our initial delivery charge which is contained within every price) within 30 days of the cancellation or within 14 days of our receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be accompanied by a note stating, the customer's name and order number, date of purchase and reason for cancellation.  Please note giftware that has been pyrographed is non-refundable.

Secure Transactions  Our online credit card processing is carried out by Paypal. These secure processors ensure all customer details are encrypted and are never disclosed to third parties. Hawthornecrafts.com will not approach you for credit card details.  If you believe you have received fraudulent emails please contact us immediately.
