Prototyping The next stage, once we have discussed your requirements and considered the materials, budget and lead time for your commission, may be to create a prototype. This will give you an opportunity to see the basics of how the final piece will look. It's at this key stage that it is easy to change and rearrange elements at minimal cost. You may decide to omit this stage if time is limited and you are certain of your requirements. Creation The prototype/design has been agreed and now it is time to create the commission. We will keep you up to date by sending digital images at key creative stages via email. We can also provide personalised packaging which includes gift tags, certification, and presentation boxes. Logos or basic inscriptions can be burned/pyrographed into a commission. Delivery The time it takes to create a commission hugely depends on a number of factors including choice of materials, type of finish, prototyping (if required), number and level of detail required, current workload, and final destination. We always endeavour to stick to a delivery date especially if it is for a special occasion such as a wedding gift or retirement gift or another special occasion. Whenever possible we will personally deliver the giftware within Northern Ireland. For all other occasions we tend to use the most suitable postal service
